About Me

Hi, I'm Sonia Denise, a multidisciplinary artist who finds her truest expression through engaging the viewers mind with a sense of curiosity and sacredness. Founder of “All Things Sacred Inc,” I am a yoga teacher, jewelry designer, photographer, writer, artist, dreamer, Divine Messenger. 

Yoga captured my heart at then end of a dance pursuit and led me into deep inner reflections and global studies. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I have been trained in a variety of styles, including Hatha, Iyengar, Anusara, Yoga Works Method, Vinyasa, Pre-Natal, Post-Natal, Mom and Baby Yoga, Kids Yoga, Kemetic Yoga, and Meditation.

I took a long pause from teaching, during that time I gained a deeper
understanding of our cosmic nature, and Divine Spirit or God led me back into the
world of yoga. Currently working on a new sacred offering that will combine all of my
knowledge and wisdom from both studied and embodied lineages, such as Kemetic
Yoga, Ancient Indian Yogic Traditions, Cosmic wisdom from the Atlanteans,
Indigenous practices from Ancient America and more modern spiritual influences.
The offering is inspired by the Rainbow Frequency of Divine Love, guiding you back to
Wholeness and Uniting the World.

Photography has become a way to explore my passion for hidden histories, and the wisdom woven into the world around us. Through the lens, I feel myself merging creativity with inquiry, capturing not just images but traces of knowledge, ancestry, and truth that often go unseen.

Creating is how I understand the world, how I connect, and how I come home to myself.

When I'm not immersed in the world of inquiry, you'll find me walking our toy poodle Kiki, or talking to our MBK Durango, soaking up the sun, practicing yoga or planning our next family adventure.
